Q: My demo is not working?
A: You need to use the login number and password you used in order to use the demo. Don't use the mt4 account activation. Instead log in with the account number you receive and the password you used when you opend the demo. Right click on the forex currencies on left and choose option Show all in order to see all currency pairs. You can then start trading with our instruments (EURUSD, GBPUSDx, USDJPY). A: After we receive the documentation, usually about an hour or two. Please upload your documents at Client Area a scanned copy of your passport or national id document as well as a bank statement or utility bill which is not more than 3 months old. You will be granted access to our Client Area after you have made your initial deposit.
Q: I would like to know if the maximum deposit by credit card is $1200?
A: Yes, that is the case, max $1200 per day, however you could also use Skrill if you want to deposit more.
